It’s Tidy Time! Help prepare Silver Bay YMCA’s campus for the summer season. May 23 & 24 Please take a look at the list of projects below and click on the area of interest to see the full description of the project. Select the day and time you are available. Each project will need 5-10 people. Please note that on-campus guests must select and volunteer 6 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday to qualify for the reduced Room & Meals rate. On-Campus Rates: Adult $75/night Youth(ages 13-17) $37.50/night Children(ages 6-12) $26.75/night Toddlers(ages 2-5) $13.25/night Off-Campus Volunteers receive complimentary lunch on the days they volunteer and can purchase Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast and Dinner and Sunday Breakfast meal tickets at the front desk for a 25% discount. After you select your project, you will be directed to register and fill out the necessary forms required to volunteer with Silver Bay YMCA, including a photography waiver, handbook acknowledgement and background check(expires every 2 years). "NEW for 2026" Volunteer Check-In 8:30am-9:00am pick up your volunteer badge and off-campus meal tickets prior to kick-off at the Concierge Desk in the William Boyd Center Lobby. Tidy Time Kick-Off is at 9:00 AM on Saturday, May 23 on the patio area in front of the William Boyd Center. Silver Bay Council Meeting is at 7:00 PM on Saturday, May 23 in Watson Arts Center.
