Silver Bay's Mountain Music Festival September 11-13, 2026 Silver Bay’s Mountain Music Festival is packed with excitement! With bluegrass at its core, each performer offers a fresh twist on the genre, blending classical elements or exploring alternative sounds. These artists are pushing boundaries and taking their music to new heights. The festival’s mission is to bring people together through the power of music, all while taking in the stunning views and exceptional facilities that Silver Bay YMCA provides. Volunteers are needed to drive golf carts, help the stage crew and sound team and sell merchandise. This is an opportunity for you to share you love for Silver Bay and hear some great music. The Mountain Music staff will be reaching out in late August to finalize the list of volunteers and provide them with their assignments.

Join our team for one week or two providing support to one of our departments. Workcation Volunteers will receive housing in shared bath accommodations and meals. Workcation Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and able to volunteer between 20-24 hours a week. Volunteers will be able to participate in any of the Silver Bay program offerings and also receive a reciprocal pass to access many of the area attractions for free.
